Kim Cattrall

  Kim Victoria Cattrall, born 21 August 1956 is a Canadian actor from Canada. She is known for her character as Samantha Jones on HBO's Sex and the City (1998-2004) where she won five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations, winning the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. She reprised her role in the movies Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010).



 



 Cattrall was first seen in Rosebud (1975), but she was seen on television in different roles. In films like Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984), City Limits (855) and Big Trouble in Little China (1986), Mannequin(87), Mannequin) (1987), Masquerade in 1988), Midnight Crossing in 1989 and The Return of the Musketeers in 1989, she became an international household name.
