Amy Carlson
Amy Lynn Carlson, born 7 July 1968 is an American actress. She is well-known for her performances on CBS as Linda Reagan and NBC as Alex Taylor.
Early life
Carlson was raised in Glen Ellyn by Robert Eugene Carlson Her father was teacher. He was born in Elmhurst ([DuPage County Illinois to Chicago). She is of Swedish descent, and has roots from Smaland.
Career
1986-1992: Early career and college
Her first exposure to Hollywood through her performance as a background actress in the movie Lucas with Charlie Sheen (Corey Haim) and Winona Ryder. After that, she followed her older sister Betsy to Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois.
